On-site massage is a convenient, safe form of massage performed by a licensed massage therapist in a specialized, ergonomically correct chair or massage table. After a brief interview to identify any medical contraindications, employees may receive 10 to 20 minutes of massage therapy depending on the program selected. Recipients are fully clothed and the massage focuses on the head, neck, back, arms and hands.
